Clean, big and comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff, helps carrying luggages up and down stairs. Provides short term luggage storage service after checking out. Big shower room and enough hot water. Great location, close to shopping center and bus stop.

I had the best hostel experience in mad monkey broadway. Everything was clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the rooms were big. The bathroom and kitchen was clean and there was always an event going on to joyn.

Staff were friendly and the hostel had some great events throughout the week, my favourite being pizza night when they ordered in Pizza Hut for all the people staying.

Having a physical person to check you in, even after hours. Room was quiet all be it very small. Beds were actually comfy even though old wooden bunks. Good amount of amenities

Bathrooms were modern and clean, room was nice and one of the cheapest hostels I could find in Sydney at the time. I would come again staff were be very nice and they had music bingo during our stay. Overall nice hostel
